Police are investigating an early morning shooting in which an off-duty FBI agent reportedly fired at three people he believed to be stealing his car radio. One of the alleged thieves was shot in the back and found later at a local hospital, but NBC New York reports that the agent “opened fire from the window of his Queens home,” and it’s “not clear why.” This isn’t Florida, man.
