The fatal accident occurred Sunday night while 44-year-old Montana man Randy Lee Tenley stood on a U.S. highway dressed in a military-style Ghillie suit, according to Daily Inter Lake. Teenage girls driving in separate cars hit Tenley, who was wearing the camouflaged suit at the time. “He was trying to make people think he was Sasquatch so people would call in a Sasquatch sighting,” said Montana Highway Patrol trooper Jim Schneider. “You can’t make it up. Obviously, his suit made it difficult for people to see him.” Schneider continued, “Alcohol may have been a factor. Impairment is up in the air.”
