The pit bull that managed to survive getting shot in the face by an NYPD officer apparently has some sort of Wolverine-like superpower because she is now “able to walk, play with toys and eat on her own,” though she did lose her left eye. Despite suffering “soft tissue, bone, head trauma and eye damage,” Star’s hearing is slowly returning, along with the vision in her good eye, and soon, she’ll need a home and an owner to constantly wink at. Look at that face.
