“No matter which continent Gaga happens to be in today,” the Manhattan borough president, mayoral hopeful, and Germanotta family friend tells the Daily News, “she remains an Upper West Sider at heart” as well as a “social justice activist and a real leader for marriage equality in this country.” Stringer was firing back at an epic Gaga slut-shaming by Staten Island Borough President Molinaro earlier this week — “This slut is influencing many, many children” — after she smoked a joint onstage in Amsterdam.
