Not one mix-up but two led to the gruesome dragging death of 53-year-old Viktor Avavayev as he was getting out of a limo in front of his home in Brooklyn. According to the New York Daily News, “Police arrested the driver, who sources believe was drunk, at the scene.” Alcohol would explain a lot in this horrible story.
