City Councilman Benoit LaDouce was inspired by a recent incident at a dog park, where a “large Anglo dog” jumped up on him and didn’t understand LaDouce’s orders to leave, which were uttered in French. Obviously, teaching the dogs to learn two sets of commands is the easiest way to solve this problem. Update: Apparently this is a fake news story produced by a fake news show. So, never mind.
