The effete liberal echo chamber may have gasped at the NRA’s proposal today to defend schools with armed guards and assertion that “the only thing that stops a bad guy with a gun is a good guy with a gun,” but the pointed, for-the-base remarks hit home for some in Real America. Whereas we saw a batty, bullshit display of blame and distraction, others applauded.
