People are really taking advantage of Governor Cuomo’s health emergency declaration, which authorized pharmacists to immunize minors against this year’s especially terrible flu. Here are some scary anecdotes to illustrate the trend: The Daily News spoke to the head of one urgent care clinic who said he used up his supply of the vaccine on Saturday after administering ten times the normal number of shots, and CBS randomly called six Manhattan pharmacies and found that all were out of doses. But you should only panic a little! Orders have been placed, and new supplies are due in New York early this week. Just don’t breathe anyone else’s air in the meantime.
