Obama Signs Sandy Aid Bill on Sandy’s Three-Month Anniversary

President Barack Obama signed the $50.5 billion recovery aid bill on Tuesday night, “minutes after returning to the White House from a visit to Nevada,” the Associated Press reports. It was long enough coming — three months ago tonight, this was happening.
