No one has any idea what Marco Rubio said in his response to the State of the Union address because he bent down to take a sip of water in the middle of it. In order to reiterate his messages of opposition, Rubio made the morning show rounds the day after, but he could not escape the Poland Spring. Asked by Good Morning America’s George Stephanopoulos about the big drink, Rubio shrugged, “I needed water, what am I going to do, you know?” continuing his attempt to own it. “God has a funny way of reminding us we’re human.” You know who never needed water? Mitt Romney.
