Continuing the line that Republicans are looking to rebrand, Newt Gingrich spoke with the Daily Beast’s Howard Kurtz to say that not only did the GOP make “huge mistakes in last year’s campaign,” but that they have no chance in 2016 unless they back off Mrs. Clinton: “If it becomes how clever we can be in vilifying Hillary Clinton, that’s a party that will not win in 2016.” Fine but we’re waiting for the former speaker to make a video about it.
