Scooter Libby, the former chief of staff to Vice President Dick Cheney convicted of perjury and obstruction of justice in 2007 when he identified Valerie Plame as a CIA operative, had his two-and-a-half-year prison sentence commuted by George W. Bush. But he was still a felon and still unable to vote. That quietly changed last year, as Virginia Gov. Bob McDonnell restored his voting rights as well. So now he can participate in politics just like the rest of us.
