Canada Foils Terror Plot Targeting Passenger Train

Canadian police announced today that they had arrested two noncitizens for conspiring to carry out an attack on a Toronto passenger train. The two men were allegedly receiving “direction and guidance” from “al-Qaeda elements in Iran.”
