The racks have arrived. On certain streets in gentrified Manhattan and Brooklyn, the long-delayed, Citibank-branded bike-share program is showing signs of life (to the dismay of certain locals), although the actual bikes have yet to make an appearance. While the official line from the city is sometime in May, Crain’s reports that the shiny blue sets of wheels will be available beginning Memorial Day weekend, barring any other catastrophes.
