Jersey City’s Obama-endorsed mayor, Jerramiah Healy, had a brush with some of the crime that has become an election-year issue in his city when a woman was shot outside a bar in which he was holding a campaign meet-and-greet. Healy and Councilwoman Viola Richardson, who was also at the event, weren’t hurt, but odds are they won’t be stopping by for another round at the PNK Tavern, either.
