(Previously: Bill de Blasio.) The City Council speaker played up her union bona fides, hit de Blasio on his record as a lawmaker, and explained why she stands by extending term limits for Mayor Bloomberg. On the lighter side, Quinn also defended her haircuts as “economic development” and admitted she does not know how to tweet.
