“Although in the past we have found individual bed bugs,” read a note to staff about the Long Island City office, “we have for the first time in the past week found a group of bed bugs living in one area of the 11th floor of the building.” Luckily, they were prepared: “Employees were given copies of the department’s own bed bug information pamphlet.” Comforting.
