Snoozing Metro-North Engineer May Have a Sleep Disorder

William Rockefeller, the “zoned out” motorman whose speeding train crashed, killing four people and injuring dozens more last weekend, might unknowingly suffer from sleep apnea and may undergo overnight monitoring to determine why he allegedly dozed off on the job. According to the Daily News, “Portly people like Rockefeller are more prone to suffer” from the disorder.
