A traffic stop in Hatfield, Massachusetts, this morning led to the discovery of 1,250 bags of Obamacare-branded heroin, the State Police reported in a Facebook post. (Customers could apparently also choose a “Kurt Cobain” option.) Once again, Romneycare gets no shine.
