Nearly giving Matt Drudge an aneurysm with the metaphor potential, White House puppy Sunny Obama flattened an innocent child this afternoon during a holiday gathering with the First Lady. Unable to control the leashed creature, Michelle Obama looked on helplessly as the animal jumped at a tiny blonde girl and then licked her face, with no regard for germs. The kid seemed to be fine, but she’ll be forced to hear the story every holiday season for the rest of her life.
For the record, Sunny was born to a Republican family.
