Rent-stabilized tenants at the Stonehenge Village apartment building on 97th Street say the management’s decision to ban them from a new gym facility amounts to segregation. According to DNAinfo, that’s not causing a rift among tenants, but it has gotten those with rent-stabilized apartments furious with the management. “I can’t let you make me a second-class citizen within my own building,” the tenant’s association president Jean Dorsey said. So now the management company has a much bigger and more public problem than letting a few poors lift weights.
