Iconic former radio host Casey Kasem was located in Washington state on Thursday, three days after a Los Angeles judge ordered adult protective services and court investigators to find the 82-year-old. Kasem’s three children from his first marriage allege that his wife of 34 years, Jean, has been preventing them from seeing their father in recent months. Kerri Kasem, who was appointed her father’s temporary conservator this week, filed a missing persons report and said she and her siblings have “grave concerns” about Kasem’s health. According to court filings, he suffers from a form of dementia called Lewy Body Disease, which had been incorrectly diagnosed as advanced Parkinson’s disease. “We are grateful to the local authorities for finding my dad,” Kerri Kasem said in a statement. “We are one step closer to bringing him home.”
