The NYPD might have scored its easiest drunk-driving arrest this year when an allegedly intoxicated man crashed his car into a security barrier outside police headquarters early Friday morning. The Post reports that the driver, who, along with his passenger, appeared to be uninjured, tried to talk his way out of it by blaming bad directions, saying, according to police sources, that “my GPS took me this way.” Haven’t we all used that one before.
