After a group of BASE jumpers and an adventurous teen managed to sneak to the top of One World Trade Center undetected (and the head of security resigned), it became clear that some new people needed to be brought in to guard the place. On Wednesday evening, the Port Authority announced that those people would be Allied Barton Security, the same company responsible for protecting New York’s airports. Let’s hope that they stay out of the news after this.
