A grand jury has indicted 14-year-old Noel Estevez on a charge of second-degree manslaughter for killing 14-year-old Timothy Crump outside of their Bronx middle school in June. The teen, who is said to suffer from bipolar disorder and was reportedly bullied for months by his victim, was originally charged with second-degree murder and manslaughter, which meant that he would have been tried as an adult. His case will now be moved to Family Court where, as a juvenile, he will face less severe punishment.
