Despite failing a field sobriety test after his double-decker bus jumped a curb in Times Square and injured more than a dozen people, driver William Dalambert passed a preliminary drug test and was released from jail last night. Prosecutors say they’re delaying a decision on pursuing charges until they get the results of a full toxicology test. “It feels good to be free,” Dalambert said on his way out of court. “I’m innocent.”
