NASCAR Driver Tony Stewart Won’t Be Charged for Hitting and Killing Kevin Ward Jr.

A grand jury has decided not to charge NASCAR driver Tony Stewart for his role in the death of Kevin Ward Jr., who was killed during a sprint race in August in upstate New York. Ward died of blunt force trauma when the rear wheel of Stewart’s vehicle fatally clipped him.
