Sierra Leone’s Emergency Operations Centre reported 121 deaths over the one-day period, bringing the nation’s Ebola death toll to 678. And as if the situation wasn’t tragic enough, the New York Times reports that, because of battles over politics and shipping costs, a shipping container full of medical supplies has been sitting on the docks in the capital of Freetown for nearly two months.
