Even random men who seem like they might be fleeing a crime scene want to experience the soothing amenities provided by the Waldorf Astoria’s Guerlain Spa. Monday morning, New York police arrested a 26-year-old man wearing a bulletproof vest and an empty two-gun holster draped over his shoulders for attempting to sneak into the changing rooms at the facility, the Daily News reports. The man, Christopher Goodine of New Rochelle, told hotel security that he simply wanted to take a shower. (Perhaps he was aware that the Guerlein boasts rain showers?) He wasn’t able to explain, however, the ski mask he was carrying in a plastic shopping bag.
