The fourth GOP debate begins at 9 p.m. tonight — and yes, we just watched one of these things two weeks ago. Daily Intelligencer staffers will be livetweeting the whole thing — and you get commentary on the undercard debate, which starts at 7 p.m. and will probably only be watched by the sad people who got booted from the presidential race or the kiddie-table debate, thrown in for free.
