David Cameron is making a swift exit, and leaving this whole Brexit thing behind him. The British prime minister made a short speech Monday, where he announced that he’ll chair his last cabinet meeting Tuesday. Home Secretary Theresa May will take the reins as the Conservative Party leader and new prime minister on Wednesday.
