On day three of a contentious DNC, protesters of all partisan stripes had been demonstrating against Hillary Clinton and the election process. Tensions were high at the event, if not higher than they were at the RNC, where violence was speculated but mostly unseen. So when the selected speakers uncorked some zingers for Donald Trump, it was a welcome, and entertaining, reprieve.
