A drink that's light in alcohol but complex in flavor.

Ingredients

1 oz. Ramazzotti Amaro
1 oz. Emilio Lustau "Don Nuño" Oloroso Sherry (or other dry oloroso)
Soda water

Instructions

Build sherry and amaro in a highball glass. Fill with ice. Top with soda water. Garnish with an orange peel. (Published 2015)
