Ingredients

250 mL Champagne
8 oz. Cognac
8 oz. Sauternes
6 oz. simple syrup
6 oz. fresh lemon juice
1 cup raspberries
1 lemon

Instructions

Take a handful of raspberries and muddle them with the simple syrup and lemon juice. Then, strain into punch bowl over large ice cube. Pour in Sauternes and Cognac. Stir lightly and top with Champagne. Garnish with whole raspberries and lemon circles. (Published 2008)
