A riff on a French 75.

Ingredients

3/4 oz. grapefruit simple syrup (2:1:1 sugar: water: grapefruit juice)
1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice
1/2 oz. pineapple juice
1 oz. Encanto Pisco Quebranta
Champagne

Instructions

Shake, strain into a Champagne flute and top with Champagne. Garnish with a grapefruit twist and something fun, like a sparkler. (Published 2015)
