An enhancement of the traditional Champagne toast.

Ingredients

1/2 oz. Brooklyn Gin
1/2 oz. Aromatique Amaro
1/2 oz. Amaro Montenegro
Champagne

Instructions

Stir spirits until well chilled, then transfer to a chilled coupe and top with Champagne. Garnish with a mint sprig, strawberry wedge, and a kiss for good luck. (Published 2015)
