Salty Lemon Lollipops

Ingredients
3 � cup white cane sugar
1 � cups corn syrup
1 cup water
2 tsp lemon oil
2 tsp crushed fleur de sel/sea salt
Purchase online:
heat-resistant candy molds
lollipop sticks
Instructions
Combine the sugar, corn syrup, and water in a saucepan over high heat and bring to a rapid boil. Once the temperature has reached 310 degrees (roughly the temperature when it reaches a boil) remove from the heat and add lemon oil and salt.While the mixture is still malleable, roll into dum-dum size balls or pour into a selected molds and position sticks while mixture is still warm.
Refrigerate overnight, and enjoy!
