An Asian-inspired cocktail.

Ingredients

2 oz. Kintaro Shochu
1 oz. Noilly Prat Extra Dry Vermouth
3/4 oz. honey syrup (3 oz. honey, 3 oz. hot water, combined, then chilled - serves 8)
2 dashes Peychaud’s bitters

Instructions

Add all ingredients to mixing glass. Add ice and stir for 30 seconds. Strain into chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with lemon peel. (Published 2015)
