An after-dinner cocktail.

Ingredients

1 oz. Cognac
1 oz. Ramazzotti Amaro
1 oz. Emilio Lustau "Don Nuño" Oloroso Sherry (or other dry oloroso)
Dash chocolate bitters

Instructions

Stir ingredients with ice in a mixing glass. Pour into a double rocks glass over ice. Garnish with an orange peel. (Published 2015)
