In the hotly contested megastore wars, chalk up a victory for Citarella, the first of its Upper West Side kind to penetrate midtown. Now Joe Gurrera has opened Citarella To Go, a sparkling new Rockefeller Center quick-serve canteen, with playful reference to Citarella's seafood legacy with orange starfish climbing the walls and seashell fragments glittering in the terrazzo floor. Display cases are stocked with sushi, salad greens and fixings, shrimp-Veracruz wraps, chicken satay, and vegetable lasagna. There's even a half-lobster with corn salad, for desk-bound office drones dreaming of Maine.
