Former event planner Amanda Poses opened Fill-R-Up in 2003, stocking higher-end, customizable gift sets. Although pre-arranged gift baskets are available on the company’s site, only the Upper East Side store stocks individually priced products. The selection is organized by theme, including a large array of baby accessories like burp cloths, crayon smocks, and doll strollers. Spa goodies include robes, slippers, and travel bags. And of course there are gourmet items, popular during the holidays.
