Itinierant chef Katy Sparks anchors the kitchen at this prepared-foods shop, where cooking-averse hipsters can order dishes like toasted orzo salad, pistachio-studded asparagus, and the signature mango-poblano-radish salad by the pound.  Pre-made sandwiches, hearty soups, and a rotating selection of stews and braises (mac & cheese, bison shepherd's pie) round out the (mostly locally-sourced) menu. For those in search of sweet stuff, there's an extensive (and great-tasting) dessert selection.
