Recordings show coordinated effort by Michigan GOP to influence redistricting process

Despite an amendment designed to keep politicians out of the process, NBC News has obtained a series of recordings showing a coordinated effort by some Michigan Republicans to influence the independent commission tasked with drawing district lines. NBC News’ Jane Timm has more details.
