China offers ‘no apology’ in first meeting with Blinken after spy balloon shoot down

In the first meeting between U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken and his Chinese counterpart, China offered “no apology” for flying a spy balloon over U.S. territory. Blinken warned Chinese officials that violating U.S. sovereignty “was unacceptable and can never happen again.”
