Hong Kong will ease most requirements for Covid-19 masks, but these residents will still wear them

Hong Kong will lift its mask mandate, ending the city’s last major restriction imposed during the Covid-19 pandemic. The requirement will end outdoors and indoors, including on public transit, but some high-risk premises can still require people to wear masks.
