Pennsylvania convict survived on watermelon and planned a carjacking

Following the capture of Danelo Calvacante after a two-week search, NBC News' Tom Llamas speaks with Robert Clark, the Supervisory Deputy US Marshal in the eastern district of Pennsylvania, about the manhunt and investigation into Calvacante's escape.
