An inside look at a Ukrainian town on the frontlines of war

Russian troops are firing artillery less than three miles away from the Ukrainian town of Chasiv Yar, damaging nearly every house and breaking all the water and power lines. NBC News’ Richard Engel spoke with the town’s mayor on the ground as the fighting becomes more intense than ever.
