Man kills German tourist in knife attack near Eiffel Tower, police report

French authorities said a man killed a German tourist with a knife and injured two other people with a hammer in an attack near the Eiffel Tower. Police said the attack may have been fueled in part by anger over the war in Gaza. NBC News’ Josh Lederman reports.
