Arms race to supply warring sides in Russia-Ukraine conflict

As Russian president Vladimir Putin arrived in North Korea, his visit underscored the vital role North Korea plays in supplying arms to Russia in its war with Ukraine. But a new ammunition factory in Texas is helping the U.S. provide higher-quality arms to Ukraine. NBC News' Courtney Kube reports.
