Growing debate over safe gun storage laws

Investigators say a 3-year-old girl got hold of her father's loaded revolver and accidentally shot herself, causing her to lose an eye. The case and others are amplifying a debate over safe gun storage laws being adopted by an increasing number of states. NBC News' Maggie Vespa reports.
